Workflow & Delivery Process
1. Order Submission
The partner (memorial company) completes the order form and submits the source image(s) through the system.
2. Technical Evaluation
Each submitted image is reviewed from a technical perspective. The appropriate service level (PRO / MASTER) is determined based on source quality and engraving requirements, and the partner is informed accordingly.
3. Payment Confirmation
Once the evaluation is confirmed, the partner proceeds with payment and the order is scheduled for production.
4. Retouching & Delivery
The image is prepared according to the assigned service level and delivered in the required production format (JPG, PNG, BMP, TIFF).
5. Revisions
Up to 5 revision rounds are included to finalize the portrait within the agreed technical scope and production requirements. Additional revisions beyond this limit may be handled separately, depending on complexity.

Within the framework of ongoing collaborations, billing structure and payment terms may be agreed upon separately.
